" There was sleeping and snuggling and art appreciation" I love snuggling with my big boy. We have been praying about adoption, we were scheduled to meet with our church's adoption team but had to put it on hold when we learned of Kevin's death. I was praying to the Lord on Thursday about feeling like 40 was too old to adopt. That day at the park we met a man and his adopted daughter. He was 48 when he and his wife adopted her. He said, I thought I was too old to adopt, but her adoption was completely from the Lord. He changed my heart. I'm so glad He did. I couldn't stop the tears as he told me about his story. I apologized. I told him I felt like God was speaking to me through him. God takes time to answer even the little things.
