I’m pretty much over GA shows, too. Though, if they are like the show I went to a couple weeks ago and there are only 30 people there, it’s not so bad. The three opening acts, though? A little tedious.

lawn seats are fine, because you can sit down….and jump around should you feel so inclined. it’s the super stuffy bar with smoke everywhere that bothers me.

i agree with all of that. i hate going to GA shows now. i much prefer seated venues. then again, i’ll go where the band i want to see plays, which fortunately now is more seated venues. however, i bought tickets to see paramore yesterday and it’s at a GA place. yuck.

I realize I’m not MUCH younger than you… but is it sad that I agree with basically every one of those points, AND I am a couple of years behind you?
