Karibeth…it’s so funny that you brought this album up…I’ve been listening to it since I arrived back in the States. “Here in America” has gotten me through some very sniffly nights thinking about Ireland.

I agree with Rhonda, running is of the devil! Well she didnt say that, but she said running is bad. Bad comes from the devil. Most of the time and this is one of those times.

brian’s right, running is fun, and you have to get used to it. after a while, you won’t get cramps or pains. that’s from being dehydrated anyway, or so i’ve heard.

I used to hate running more than anything.

Now I love it.

It takes a while to get to where you like it.
